He is the chairman/founder of RHILAMA AND RHITSE FOUNDATION, born in Ningo, Akwanga local government of Nasarawa state. with a 

Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting; Federal Polytechnic, Nasarawa. Professional Certificate (ANAN); Nigerian College of Accountancy, Jos. Master’s in business administration (MBA), Finance; Nasarawa State University, Keffi. He is a member of Fellow Certified National Accountant (FCNA). He has attended international conferences which are; CRESCOM Leadership Academy Amsterdam, Netherlands. Leadership and People Management: Achieving Performance with fulfillment in 2019. World Academy of Science Engineering and Technology, New York. International Conference of Finance and Accounting in 2014 and RIPA International, London, Public Financial Management: Planning and Control in 2012. With local Conferences such as the Mandatory Continuing Professional Development (MCPD) Programme, Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN) in 2002 and 2019, and many others.

Mr. Madaki Benbella Anthony is enjoying an outstanding career with the college of education Akwanga. Where he served as: Assistant Executive Officer (Revenue Cashier), Senior Accountant (Head of Expenditure Unit), Chief Accountant (Head of Final Accounts unit), Senior Deputy Bursar (Head, Final Account Unit) TETFUND Desk Officer, and many other positions in his CV as can be seen in his CV. Presently serving as the Senior Deputy Bursar college of education Akwanga.

Madaki, Benbella Anthony is a philanthropist, who over many years has shown selfless concern for the welfare of others and ventured to alleviate the struggles of others without seeking anything for his benefit. Mr. Benbela was not born with a silver spoon. His parents weren’t successful businesspeople. But Mr, Benbela grew up straddling the poverty line in the cities of Akwanga and Nasarawa State. Mr. Benbela has experienced poverty and suffering and has stood out to alleviate the suffering of the less privileged as much he could, in the community.
