Income, education, geographical location, and discrimination based on ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability and lifestyle are just a few of the factors that can negatively affect care.
The new World Cancer Day theme, #CloseTheCareGap, is all about raising awareness of this equity gap that affects almost everyone, in high as well as low- and middle-income countries, and is costing lives.
The panel discussion is moderated by RHILAMA AND RHITSE FOUNDATION Team of medical personnel, volunteers, and global anti-cancer advocates. to introduces the new campaign and engage discussion with people from different communities.
RHILAMA AND RHITSE FOUNDATION speakers are strong and inspiring leaders in their field, each bringing important and diverse perspectives to the topic of inequities in global health and cancer care.
